  14. All I can say is DO NOT BUY THE FRUIT PUNCH!!!! YUCK!!! All other flavors are tolerable..only for a short clear liquid phase. Not something I think I could get use to drinking all the time for the protein. I drink a lot of choclate protein shakes. Good luck and wishing you lots of success!! As far as vitamins. I either do Flinstone chewables or the gummy bear vitamins.
  15. 3rd times a charm!!! LOL!!! Hope the 3rd time will fix you up and you will be on your way to losing!!! You hang in thee it has got to get better.
  16. I think protein shakes can help anyone that is trying to lose weight! It is a great idea to start them before you are banded. I drink the EAS Advant Edge protein drinks and I like the chocolate fudge ones the best. 100 calorie and 15 grams of protein and little carbs at all. like 2 grams I think. They are swetened with Splenda so they really don't taste bad to me at all. I also like their protein bars as well. the chocolate peanut butter one is the best. Good luck with your weight lose before and after getting banded. You will love your band!!
  17. So glad to see you are back and doing good. I hope you have a speedy recovery!!!! Sip...Sip....Sip... and walk some will help with the gas pain if your having any!!!! Congratulations on getting to band land!!!
