I have really bad heartburn now, and im not banded yet.. I hope it will not give me to much trouble when I DO get banded. Im on prescription meds for my heart burn. If I dont take them I get heartburn 3-4 times a day its so bad my eyes water. Im actually hoping it will go away after being banded. We will just see.

Here are a couple that I have 1cup frozen fruit 1/2cup skim milk 1/2 cup low-fat/fat free flavored yogurt 1/2 cup of ice 1 scoop Protein powder Fruit Smoothie with sugar free juice instead of milk: 1 cup of frozen fruit 1/2 cup sugar free juice (i.e. Crystal Lite) 1/2 cup low-fat/fat-free flavored yogurt 1/2 cup ice 1 scoop Protein Powder These were given to me by my Dietian.
