  9. I am 6 weeks out and I started riding bikes, doing zumba and just dance. However, when i am finished I am VERY VERY thursty and I can not seem to get enough water! Its like I can not get it fast enough. I drink a some and most times i want to chug but we all know we can not do that! After I do exercise I feel really bad (like I am going to pass out) until i get enough water but it takes like an hour or so. Anyone else have that problem?

i was sooo worriedit was just me and i had a problem! I usually have to go lay down after I eat for about 20 minutes! I dont eat breakfast because I dont have time to lay down. at lunch THANK GOD my planning period is with my lunch cause I go lay on the sofa in the lounge for a few minutes for it to pass!
  13. I am only 5 1/2 weeks out but i find that dinner is my biggest problem. I think because I am eating too fast. I am trying to slow down but its not that easy because after two bites i remember and I am full! But I find that I do best with shrimp, crawfish, fish, and crab meat. I have tried chicken, can chicken, ground turkey, ground beef etc. It sits in my stomach like a brick and I usually throw up. If you like seafood try it. Others have said the samething it seems to go down nicely.
  14. dand I know it is VERY scary!! My husband and I went to Mexico to have it done togther!! yes we were nuts!! But i have to tell you i am about 5 weeks out and it was the BEST thing I have ever done!!! I am still learning what my tummy likes and what it doesn't but other than that EVERYTHING is smooth sailing!! I have lost 64lbs and i FEEL GREAT!! I can play games with my students I can walk around the school without my body hurting etc.... I would do it again and I would suggest to anyone that is thinking about it to get it done!!

  21. I had my surgery almost a month ago in Tj i booked through alighterme.com. Ronda was GREAT she sent me so much info i was in info overload. She answered ANY questions i had and she still does. I emailed her twice since I have been back. My surgery was at Mi Doctor hospital. It was small but everyone was really nice and it was clean I felt safe and well taken care of. the hotel was very nice the marriott. Everyone was very friendly and helped us with our bags and when we went shopping. They even asked how we were feeling the day after surgery. I would use Dr. Lopez and alighterme.com again and i would tell anyone that it was a good experience.
  22. ill be honest with you, I was on clear liquids from feb 1- 10 then full liquids 10- 22. I was tired of liquids so I started the puree phase a two day early! Now I am starting the soft phase early because EVERYTIME i eat something pureed I get sick!! I can not deal with the thickness of the food. Lastnight I had two boiled shrimp and did fine. Today i had a scambled egg well 1/2 and doing well. I am still losing.
  23. i am three weeks post op andi feel they SAME way!! i can only eat about three or four teaspoons of food. I do better with thin foods.
  24. i was like that also for the first 24 hours ice chips helped a lot!! Even now when i get nauseated i get ice chips to suck on. I am three weeks out
  25. I am three weeks out and it seems that I do very well at breakfast either 1/2 an egg or greek yogurt for lunch refired beans, soup, or something pureed; however, dinner time is a totally different story. I even have issues with soup. I can only eat a few bites then it feels like it is stuck in my chest. Tonight i pureed a turkey meat ball and added some red gravy I had three bites and then i had to throw up. I had the pureed turkey meatball twice before no problems. I dont know if it was the red gravy or what but it seems like I get sick at night when i eat dinner. I even tried jus a protei shake for dinner but they feel like a brick in my stomach. I tried many different brands can not seem to tolorate them. I have UNJURY on order so keeing my fngers crossed.
