they are the WORST thing i EVER put in my mouth!! I didnt know what to do with it once it was in there!! I didnt want to swallow it!!! My eyes were watering!!! My teenage son "mr. big and bad" was like it cant be that bad so I gave him a taste and he threw up!! It was pure protein sour apple 52 grams per shot! They are HORRIBLE
