sleeved and sick

I am about 5 weeks out and now I have a sinus infection. I had to go to the ER Sunday because I felt so bad. They gave me a steroid shot and antibodics. I am feeling a little better but now I have a bad cough. I cough so much I start vomitting and my new stomach hurts. I am scared I may have hurt something. And the worst part is that I gained 2 pounds!

Big pot of water on the stove to humidify the air. Warm liquids like decaf tea and sugarfree cider or just warm water to drink to loosen everything up and make coughing easier. Try a pillow against your tiny tummy when you cough. Bless you.

I hope u start feeling better soon.
