3 weeks out

I am three weeks out and it seems that I do very well at breakfast either 1/2 an egg or greek yogurt for lunch refired beans, soup, or something pureed; however, dinner time is a totally different story. I even have issues with soup. I can only eat a few bites then it feels like it is stuck in my chest. Tonight i pureed a turkey meat ball and added some red gravy I had three bites and then i had to throw up. I had the pureed turkey meatball twice before no problems. I dont know if it was the red gravy or what but it seems like I get sick at night when i eat dinner. I even tried jus a protei shake for dinner but they feel like a brick in my stomach. I tried many different brands can not seem to tolorate them. I have UNJURY on order so keeing my fngers crossed.

I'm 5 months out & one day I can eat something & the next day forget it, can't tolerate it. I've totally given up on eggs because they come up more than they stay down. So, I just try to avoid certain foods & stick with what works for me. I'm also still trying to get the hang of eating very slowly. That's really a problem for me. Good luck! It will all work itself out....
