Gain Weight After Gym?
I agree with the others stop weighing yourself daily and only do it once per week if not every two weeks. I work out daily at least 60 min and my wt. will vary up to 5 lbs. Meaning I can weigh in at 185 in the AM workout for 90 min and step on the scale and weigh 190 this is due to water/fluid wt or hormones in the body.

Has Anyone Gotten Ulcers From Drinking Coffee?
No not at all, I tried to stop but I love the taste too much and I don't think it's caused by drinking coffee. .

Zumba Anyone? Is This A Good Work-Out?
Take your time and try not to bounce around too much. zumba is one of my fav exercise classes. I like the fact that you can burn up to 600 calories per class.

Exciting News About Dr. Aveves
I agree, we all love our surgeons and I don't believe that her intent was negative in any way. Information is power and more information about physician's performing this surgery in the US and Mexico is good info. Cost is also a factor and so is the experience of the surgeon. She simply found out some interesting updated information on her surgeon and wanted to share it, bottom line.

I Know I'm Not Supposed To Compare...
Remember all of our bodies/metabolism are different so we will lose wt. at different rates. This is why I don't compare myself with others, I continue to exercise at least 60 min, 5 days a week and lift wts at least three days per week and my wt, is coming down in a healthy way. Exercise is very important to losing the wt. and keeping it off. You also don't want to lose the wt. too fast because of hair loss, etc. Good luck to you and please stop comparing your loss to others.

Exciting News About Dr. Aveves
This is good info for people making their decision to get sleeved in Mexico.
-
Words Of Encouragement Needed Please
Be careful because you will still be able to eat many "bad" sugary foods after you are sleeved like the frosted cinnamon rolls, cookies, ice cream, cakes, chips, etc. They are considered slider foods and your sleeve will love them. During this time practice mindful eating and think about why you love and are addicted these bad often sugary foods and make a sincere promise to stop the bad habits starting today. Good luck to you.

Learn To Take A Compliment Already!
I smile and say thank you "I am shrinking down nicely, glad you noticed because I have been working hard". I am happy about the complements and don't dwell in conversations with people about it. If they want to discuss it which most don't, I do tell them what I am doing for the wt loss.

So The Hubby Likes An Ample Rear, What If I Lose It All?
I do lots of lunges, squats and spin classes to help keep mine firm. At 45 I have no issues whatsoever it is a lot smaller and very firm after my wt. loss.

Scared To Exercise
Always listen to your body and try exercises that are friendly to your knees and feet. Biking, swimming and walking are good exercises. You can always use small hand wts to work your upper body while you walk also. I almost forgot you can do your own curcit training at home. Pushups, situps, lunges, small hand wts for upperbody, dips on the chair, etc. six or seven exercises will give you a good workout. Good luck to you.

Fat Clothes Sure Take A Beating!
You are right, I just gave my favorite sweat suit a proper good bye last month. I wore the mess out of that suit cause it was the only thing that fit. Now I have a good variety.

Bathing Suit
I just got there and it feels really good, not brave enough to wear a bikini however.

Medical Review Went Amazing, Except Irritated @ The Hubby!
No help here with my what my dr recomended, he let me choose which surgery I wanted. So I did my research and choose the sleeve mainly because of the malabsorbtion issues. I read too many horror stories about the bypass and it scared the mess out of me. I can eat what I want with the sleeve only in small amounts so I can no longer be greedy if the food tastes too good. As for your hubby, I think it is a good thing for him to ask questions he may get healthy as you get healthy. Good luck to you.

How Often Should You Be Walking?
The question is how do you feel at that speed, is it challenging you? If not increase your incline to 2 3 5 7 or 10 for a few minutes at a time. Your heart, lungs and muscles will love inclines. I would also say as sassy above noted, change your routine up a bit. Walk outside do lunges when you walk, take a new exercise class like Zumba, spin or step-aerobics. Once you see what it does to your body, you will get addicted and can't go two days with out exercise. Good luck to you.

Frustation
Remember that your weight will vary up to 5 lbs either way, up or down. This is due to fluid/water wt in the body so you could weigh in at 195 in the morning, go workout for 60 minutes return and step on the scale and weigh 200lbs. This is normal so don't let the scale stress you out. Put it away and weigh yourself once per week so you don't have to deal with the dissipointment often.

Scaling Back
It will, I had to do the same finally grew tired of the scale dictating my mood for the day. I read one blog where someone asked her husband to hide it from her and bring it out once a week. Now that's a good idea.
