  1. Isn't it fun! People will notice soon! Wait until you find your waist! Yay
  2. All the good totally outweighs the bad. I have had a few sliming episodes, and that's about it! I have not lost any hair, nor had any other unpleasant side effects. I feel great, I can eat a small portion of ANYTHING I want. I look so much healthier and I am so much happier!! And I'm only 3 months out!!!!!
  3. I'm increasing my calories and my working out and I will report back!!!!! Good luck everyone!
  4. I noticed that right around 1 month post op as well. So at 6 weeks out I began walking/jogging 30-45 mins per day on a treadmill or track at the gym. I would also lift weights as I walked. 5lbs. I walk and I do punches (with the 5lb weights) for a lap, then do curls, then i would do presses etc. I also do the stairmaster hard core for 5 mins daily for my legs and good old fashioned sit ups and I can really see the difference. I think walking and lifting weights at the same time works wonders!!!
  5. I totally had a taste aversion to milk as well! (and protien drinks!) you are not alone! :-)
  6. you look SO good!!! keep up the good work
  7. Debbie lets get the scale moving! :boxing_smiley:
  8. I have been trrying to get into the 100s for my entire adult life and I have yet to get there. :banghead: The scale has stopped at 200 exactly for days! ugh. I am feeling like I will never get there. I have put away the scale until next week. I can honestly say I have been working out with weights 3 to 5 days a week and I hope thats why the weight isnt moving. I need a little help here! Why am I feeling like at 3 months out my weight loss in DONE?? ANybody feel like this at 3 months and then ened up losing more weight??? :conehead:
  9. My arms and breasts and face have lost the most weight FOR SUREI have not lost any in the good old thuderthighs. I had my 3 month visit yesterday and I have lost almost 10 inches on my waist but only 4.5 on my hips. So I look cuter and curvier but I am still bottom heavy. I look way better with my clothes ON. :-) Working out with weights definately helps. I have been doing this for a month and my body is starting to look toned not like Jello, yay! Keep working out and eating right and thats all we can do!
  10. Thanks! I currently weigh my high school graduation weight, so that will not be my goal :-) :-) Hoping to see ONDERLAND in the a.m. for the first time since 17 tomorrow!
  11. They can be different for everyone but basically it is a food the "slides" through your sleeve, and is harder to get full off of. For me a slider is chips-- with or with out dip. I can eat a lot of chips with no problems.
  12. Any input on goal setting? I had first set my final goal at 165lbs (I'm only 5'4'') and changed it to 155, and now I am feeling like I want it to be 145! Am I setting my self up for faliure? Did anyone else do this? Any responses are appreciated!
  13. It is soooo odd throwing up a big slime ball! Sometimes I sneeze or get a runny nose instead or as well. I have only had the slimes about 5 times and I HATE it and avoid it at all costs. Oddly enough the flat bread from Subway has been the culprit 3 times so I don't eat that anymore. Other than that I can handle anything!
  14. Even at 3 months I'm down 50! And I have felt 100% since week 6!
  15. Congrats keep up the good work!
  16. I don't think thats it for you. How tall are you? You are only 172lbs now and each pound is harder to lose when you get thinner. Keep doing what you are doing and the scale will have to move again!
  17. congrats!!! You look great, thanks for the inspiration!
  18. I am very open about it, I even blog and and post it on my facebook. If anyone asks wow, how have you lost all this weight!! I tell them. I know people judge but I don't really care.
  19. I think you are ahead of most at 4 months! I am envious
