Oh wow, that's a huge difference. I am really pleased to see your progress. Keep up the good work.

I know they are more expensive, but the ONLY way I have been able to get them down is by using the RTD(ready to drink) ones. The powder is just horrible and those little protein shots are so sickening sweet. Right now I use "Oh Yeah" brand in the chocolate milkshake flavor. One other thing is to get some Jay Robb unflavored protein powder, you can add it to casseroles, drinks, whatever and it is usually hidden well. Good luck to you.

Not for me personally, but there are a lot of people that say they get a hiccup when their tummy is full and that's when they should stop eating. Hang in there till Sunday and stay hydrated until you get to mushies.

It's a huge life decision. But, like you said, for some of us, our life depends on it. Trust yourself, you know if you are doing the right thing for your health. Best of luck to you.

The hardest part was facing it. You have done that. Now, you can move on and do things the way you know they should be done. Hang tough, I know you can do this. oh, and one last thing.....43 lbs is pretty awesome!

Hang in there, you can do it. It's scary but will be over before you know it.

After 4 weeks, 3 more days is nothing. I know you can hang in there a few more days. Just think of how nice it will be to have those first few bites of regular food.

Dang, you stole my list! LOL Well, it may as well be my list, it's so similar. With this surgery, we now have the opportunity to actually cross things off that list. Best of luck crossing of yours!

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I have had the same thoughts of how sick I am of watching others LIVE life while i just watch it go by. I am so thankful that we got our sleeves and get a 2nd chance. Best of luck on your new adventure.

I won't lie, the liquid phase was tough. He just needs to remember how important it is. As far as chewing tobacco...every time he wants it, shove a sugar free popsicle in his mouth. hehe Best of luck to both of you.

I'm excited for you. I thought mashed potatoes and refried beans were pretty special after all that time on liquids. LOL Enjoy!

Glad to hear you are coming along so well. I'm also thrilled that you got yourself checked out when you had that extra pain. It's so important to listen to your body. Gratz on the weight loss, you are really gonna be a star with this sleeve. Sleeping in your own bed and on your side...niceeeeeeee. Keep up the great work and best of luck on your continued success.

Like you said, there are many here who have had revisions and are so happy that they made the change. I think the way you are feeling is normal. I agree, your horoscope was very interesting! Best of luck.

I was way behind the progress of others. We heal at different rates. I know it's hard but try to be patient and not push yourself. Best of luck.
