  1. Hey Y'all! Only got a minute, just wanted to pop in and say hello. I am in the middle of cooking supper. I hate getting home so late, by the time I get supper fixed, it is so late and then it's time for bed! I got a raise at work, effective Monday! I am happy about that, every little bit helps! Dianne - Take it easy girl and heal up. Let everyone wait on you hand and foot! Well, gotta run and check supper, the last thing I want to do is burn it and have to find something else to cook! Hugs to you all, I am reading every chance I get!
  2. Be careful with the rice, I eat a little bit and it doesn't bother me, but I wouldn't eat a whole lot at one time. Glad you are feeling a little bit better.
  3. I drink one to two cups first thing in the morning, then I drink 2 more after I get to work. I drink hot tea in the pm.
  4. I was just going to say that! :Banane13: :Banane21: :Banane16:
  5. Welcome to LBT! I didn't tell anyone except my immediate family. I am glad I did it that way now because everyone isn't asking all the time about how much I have lost, or why are you not losing. You and only you can make the call to tell or not, but once you do tell someone, you can't take it back. Other people have loved telling everyone. It's just a personal decision. Good Luck!
  6. Welcome to LBT! You can get tons of information just by taking the time to read all the information on here. Take your shoes off and sit a spell, start reading and learning.
  7. Everyone needs a dream in life! Just make yours come true!:biggrin1:
  8. There has been a few on here that had to have it done. I guess I was lucky and had mine out before the band. Good Luck!
  9. Welcome to LBT! What an amazing job you have done with your band!
  10. Good luck! Don't forget to keep us posted!
  11. Six weeks was the first for me. What kind of band do you have?
  12. Not messing with my insides is why I chose the band, it is safer, I can take it out and be the same as before, I have more control over things. RYN was just not an option for me.

Happy Birthday! Hope you have a great one!
  14. I don't have any problems with either one, but each person is different.
  15. Hi Y'all! It's late and I am tired, but wanted to stop and say hello! It was a tiring day today, just totally busy all the way around. I love staying busy though so I am not complaining, I am just tired!:biggrin1: Anne - What cute kids, and I love your new kitchen! I just love pictures! Gosh, your table looks like mine! Darcy - I have just the answer for you! You can move down here by me, we can get this weight off together! I think that is an awsome idea!:biggrin1: Pat - You cracked me up with the soup thing! I sometimes eat canned soup too, but I really love home made soup. I took a big bowl over to the neighbors because I ended up with a big pot, and I mean a big pot of it. Kat - Wow, that is scary with those dogs! People like that needs to be taught a lesson! I'm on my way with a big ole stick, on second thought, maybe I better bring something more protective! Patty - Glad you had a great b'day! Cindy - Where you at girl? Maybe I just missed your post! Are you getting any bad storms there? None here yet! Eileen - Sorry you can't play today! Nasty old boss! Mary - Are you out on the town looking for that Mr. Right? Beanie - You must be at the gym every night huh? Dianne - Are you able to eat ok now? Hopefully that sore throat is gone by now. I think I need a sore throat for a while so I can quit eating. Well, I can't think too straight anymore so I am going to get off here before I put my foot in my mouth (if I haven't already) and someone comes after me with a stick!:heh:
  16. I went through the same thing. Pretty soon you will hit a spot that you are satisfied with, hang in there.

  20. Good luck! Wear a big old comfy dress or housecoat, bring along the pillow and you will be fine. Let us know how you did when you get a chance!
  21. If you have to eat fast foods, try salad, Wendy's chili, chicken, etc. Why not hang in there until you do get the fills to get you where you are supposed to be?
  22. Good Luck, let us know how you are doing when you can!
  23. I take the Flintstones complete chewables. I can't tolerate the liquid stuff, it tastes nasty to me.
  24. A lot of times it is because you ate a large meal at supper. Try eating less in the evening and maybe you can eat in the morning. I know this has helped a lot of bansters before.
