Give me a week or so and i'll see what i can throw together.
  2. I find myself not hungry at all. If i didnt have reminders on my phone, id forget to eat. To me now eating is like filling up the gas tank. It is much less about the experience, and trust me i loved the experience. To a tune of 357 lbs. Just had my one month post op and i'm at 261 today. You will really be surprised how little food interest you. It actaully freaked me out at first.
  3. Congrats to getting back to something you love.
  4. If you do get denied, don't give up. Keep trying! I've seen multiple stories on here where people were denied a couple of times before approval. For some ins. companies it seems that first request denial is standard practice. So, don't let a denial get you down, wear the insurance company down.
  5. Dont worry be happy! Stalls are normal. Look for different queues that your body is changing. Take measurements, pay closer attention to how your clothes fit. This may be your first stall but it wont be your last. It is part of the process.
  6. Premier Nutrition shakes have 30 g of protein each. You can get a case of 18 at costco or sams for $24. They are RTD and very handy. They taste pretty good too.

Keep your head up you will get over this hurdle. Could it be acid what antiacid are you taking?
  9. I was sleeved on Monday and back at work the next Monday. It was fine for me, I would say it depends on your job and the demands.
  10. It doesn't hurt to get a second opinion. I personally wouldn't do the by-pass, I've heard too many horror stories as compared to the sleeve.
  11. You can do whatever you want. That's my opinion.
  12. Very inspirational. Good to see you didn't give up with so many obstacles.
  13. Your meals will definately be protien heavy. I actually did atkins for 3 months preop and think is has helped me maintain my weight loss pace. The post op diet wasnt such a shock to my body.
  14. Isopure has a clear protien drink that has 40 g per bottle. You may find a flavor you like. I cut mine with crystal light, and it help get all the fluids and protien in. Also walk, walk, walk it will help you feel better.
  15. Sounds great, good to hear things are going well for you.
  16. I tried to limit snacks, but if i did it was usually boiled eggs or cheese.
