Protein Shakes?

Over the weekend I spent hours shopping for the best protein shake in many different stores. I just can't tell. I bought EAS AdvantEdge and its good but only has 17g of protein. I would have to drink 4 or 5 of them just to get some good protein in my body. Any suggestions on what kind to try that is loaded in protein? I have to get this right.....!

I think EAS is completely fine. I mean there is nothing wrong to drink shakes 4-5 times a day. I am drinking atkins advance shakes with 15g protein as well and I love them. and drinking them every 2.5 hours enjoyable thing :)

you can buy protein powder and add it to the chicken broth if you don't want to drink sweet shakes.

Premier Nutrition shakes have 30 g of protein each. You can get a case of 18 at costco or sams for $24. They are RTD and very handy. They taste pretty good too.

I 2nd Maxskillz... I used to drink Atkins (but they are higher in fat content)... Moved to premier protein (30g prot) and low carb / low fat. Once I switched, I actually liked them better!
