  1. Yes, salty! The serving size is 1/4 cup and very filling! 14 grams of protein! It's dry roasted but they also make a Wasabi that was too hot for me! I bring it to the movies with me:)
  2. What kind of frozen yogurt machine? I'm looking for one!
  3. I have some sort of skinny latte several times a week! My dr didn't say no caffeine and for 11g of protein and 100 calories, it's not a bad deal!
  4. I got it on Amazon! It could be in the organic or nut section, but I didn't see it in my supermarket. The local Asian market has it too!
  5. I like dry roasted edamame! 1/4 cup has 14 grams of protein! It is very filling! They also make wasabi flavor!
  6. I agree-nothing wrong with anti-depressants and there are good therapists out there!
  7. I find it's getting better-a little easier every day. I try to avoid stressful eating situations for now or have my Protein shake before I go. Can I ask why you went off of anti-depressants? Have you thought of seeing a therapist? This is a hard journey and you need support!
  8. Just curious-how often do you weigh yourself? My nut said I'm not a slow loser but a normal loser-whatever that means! Lol
  9. I'm 7 weeks out and have only lost 26! We need to keep each other motivated!
  10. Thanks, ladies! I will call them tomorrow:) Tylenol for tonight!
  11. Now that we can't take Advil or Alleve, I'm finding these Tylenol do not help for cramps! Any suggestions?
  12. I just bought 1/2 cup of Greek from the local yogurt shop-83 calories, 7 grams of protein! A little sour but I will try with fruit or some sugar-free syrup!
  13. It was ok! Because of the high calorie count, I only used 1/2 of the serving.
  14. Ok! It was in my mailbox! Here is nutritional info: Chocolate: 2 tbs Calories-90 Fat-2.5 Carbs-10 Protein-6 Vanilla is almost the same but with 5 g protein It also has 50% RDA vitamin d3 11amino acids
  15. The tall with skim milk has 10 grams of protein! Sometimes if I'm not close to my protein goal, I'll pick one up!
  16. @CraftyV, I won't either! I did modify my Starbucks so I get. Light latte with skim milk and sugar free syrup! At least I'm getting in 10 grams if protein! Let's go have a coffee sometime:)
  17. We have to each do what works best for us! I have been drinking regular coffee since day after surgery-can't function without it! I have cut down from 4 cups to 1-2, but given other things we could eat, coffee and diet coke don't seem that bad. There are a lot of changes going on, and we can't just go from our old eating habits to raw vegan, organic, etc over night! If someone wants a diet coke and she's ok with it, I say go for it!
  18. Although I found it does not hurt to tell hubby dr said no laundry or cleaning for 6-8 weeks!
  19. I'm still waiting for it! Hope it gets here!
  20. I didn't get mine yet, but I'm expecting it today and I will post all of the nutritional info!
  21. I can totally relate to your struggle! 7 weeks out and only 24 lbs down:( I'm almost regretting that I did this! Working out, getting all my protein, no sugar, low carbs, tons of water!
  22. I know! I try to make room for even 5 berries but I'm full getting my protein in! Any ideas?
  23. Has anyone tried soy milk in their protein shakes? Any ideas?
