  1. Effin awesome!!! Way to go Jeni! Can't wait to hear your further progress!
  2. Don't get discouraged! That is the most destructive thing you can do. Remain positive and evaluate the habits you have. It may not be a matter of how much you are eating but WHAT you are eating. Are you trying to eat healthier? I know everyone's results vary as do Dr instructions, but my doc cleared me for all foods, with the typical exceptions, bread and rice 2 weeks after surgery. I kept eating as if I were still in my two weeks....mushies! After another week of that I slowly would try small bites of healthy produce and Protein. I'm in my 5 week and I'm down 34 lbs. You will find your zone, just keep at it. Look at your habits from all angles and adjust accordingly. Do NOT get discouraged...it will get better, and you will lose weight. Rock on!
  3. Wish I could help, goal, but I have not even had one fill yet. I hope you get it figured out be it here on the forum or from your dr's office. Keep us posted.

  7. I always do jumping jacks at Camp Morning Wood!
  8. I still do it, but I don't gulp. Just take very small sips to rinse my palette. It hasn't really posed a problem for me. It's just learning not to take those large gulps. At first I avoided straws because I have a tendency to drink faster through a straw, but I've adapted to that as well.
  9. I have not had any problems with them, but I scramble them with a little 2% milk. They cook up nice and fluffy and light.
  10. It's these kind of testimonials that keep me so motivated and inspired! Congrats girl...You ARE going to do it!

  14. The only change I'm thinking about is getting a couple of tattoos, of which I currently have none. ! symbol representing each of my children on my biceps.
  15. First couple of days home it was a little painful, but after that I just put a soft pillow on that side and it helped. Now I can sleep on my stomach like I used to with no problems.
