Site Newbie & 7/18 Band Date

I'm scheduled to get banded on 7/18 at 10am.

I am having a wide range of emotions right now. Excitement, nervousness, anxiousness, happiness, and a small bit of sadness.

I'm determined to follow all the exact guidelines so that I can be success story and fully experience all the positive effects of the band.

Wish me luck and I will be checking in this site...often!

Is this prep op or post op?? My doctor doesn't required a pre op diet, I had to do 2 weeks liquid after surgery and 1 week mushy foods and then introduce solids little by little! All depends on the doctor!

I didn't have to do a 2 week pre-op liquid diet either. All that is recommended is clear liquids the day before surgery. So I guess tomorrow I'll be drinking Crystal Light and water & eating a light lunch/dinner....like salmon

Good. Luck and let us know how it goes!
