  1. I'm sorry you're suffering I'm using the phone app so I can't see your stats. Can you tell us when you had your surgery? What is the Drs prognosis for this and how much longer will you be like this? Have you seen any improvement in anything? My heart goes out to you. I pray you start to heal soon!
  2. Oh Linda, I'm sorry! Just work to find out what's keeping your iron low and keep eating healthy until your surgery happens. You can still be losing weight until it happens and you will be that much closer to goal; once you have the surgery any weight you have lost won't come back. Positive thoughts!!! You can do this
  3. I wake up so many times during the night. I wake up thinking "oh it must be morning" only to glance at the clock and see its only been an hour since I woke up before...
  4. I hurt for 7 days, it did help to move around but it was hard when being in pain to move. It was not unbearable but it was definitely painful enough for every dose of lortab.
  5. Makes perfect sense Welcome to the site and best wishes on your journey.
  6. I gurgle.. I'm not even sure that's a word now, ahhhh my brain was in my stomache -__- but that's a different thread all together Hehe But yes the noises are annoying to say the least
  7. ah I had no idea you were working through lunch and they were not... I apologize... yea it seems they should not be in the office wafting; if they aren't working. Well I wish you the best on your upcoming surgery!
  8. yea I know its hard on you but it seems simple to me; just leave yourself... go for a walk or read a book/magazine in another room. you can do it... other peoples actions is not what got us here. Its up to us to be successful.

Tracey, that is wonderful! Sooooo happy for you
  11. I get that sensation once a month around the time of my cycle, if I still had a cycle. I still have my ovaries just not my uterus. Also I know that hernias from surgery can cause that pain as well. Sometimes around the area of our scars. Since the muscle was cut and if it weakened a small bulge could be coming in and out depending on our activity. Some people do have surgery to repair these hernias if they are bad. Also could be bladder issues? Maybe recurrent cystitis not necesarily an infection.
  12. You're in my thoughts! Best of luck and a speedy recovery!
  13. Pdx- very handsome!!! You're an inspiration!
  14. Great job guys! Yall are looking very handsome!!
  15. Thats so great! So happy for you, as human beings we are meant to be social and our weight has denied many of us that basic need. This is something that will fulfill you in so many ways. Congrats and keep it up social butterfly

  18. I miss diet Dr pepper, I don't need the caffiene, I just want those bubbles in my mouth. * cries* So yea its safe to say I make a sad face every day knowing I can't have my diet Dr pepper or any carbonated yum yum ever again. That being said, its still totally worth not being able to have it. Wish I could have both worlds tho *sigh*
  19. Oh my gosh! I have a constant runny nose now too. It's not bad but I never had this before surgery. It is so fascinating what that stomache of ours controlled in our body lol if that makes sense. I mean I never imagined all the connections my body had with my stomache.
  20. Best wishes yall <3
  21. You can try it at 8 weeks see how you do, we have a lot of popcorn lovers here at VST Just be aware many claim they have to stop themselves after a half cup or so because it goes down easily and can be a slider food :-)
