  1. Ahhh butter beat me to it lol I was about to say, "yeah, look at me" Hehe
  2. You look beautifulllllll!!!!
  3. You're just barely a week out from major surgery on your stomache. It's completely normal for where you're at... You have to heal, and really work at getting your water in with tiny sips and try to incorporate protein sips. Naseau, and feeling tired are all part of the healing process. Just keep up with your liquids.
  4. There are many different opinions on coffee here. I would ask my Dr/Nut and follow their plan. That being said, I believe coffee can cause stomache issues and the caffiene can cause dehydration. Some people drink coffee later with no problems some say they are unable to tolerate. Your best bet is to follow your drs plan.. I'm 4 months and I love coffee but I make it half decaf/half reg. Sometimes it upsets my stomache, sometimes I get away with feeling ok
  5. Alice, where are you having your surgery?
  6. Believe in yourself, Alice. You CAN do this
  7. that's not good. I hope the benadryl helps.

  13. I'm pretty sure we have some sleevers who started out at 500+ I think you will be ok as long as you get clearance and testing done.
  14. Oh no!!! Ok, definitely walk with a buddy!!! You deserve a lazy boy chair for sure!! Hope your feeling better soon!
  15. Hey Iggychic, Hope your feeling some what better as the days go by but I was wondering why you can't get out of bed? I just worry this may cause much more suffering for you. Is it a medical condition besides the blood loss during surgery?
  16. You will be! Hang tight
  17. You are so right! I'm glad you pointed that out. I'm going to follow your lead and kiss and thank my sweet husband next time he compliments me.
  18. That is awesome. It's great to hear compliments we only thought others would hear, not us. I'm so happy for your happiness enjoy!! It's still hard for me to accept compliments, my husband will tell me how nice I'm looking and I think, in my head, "you don't have to try and make me feel good." Our lives are definitely looking up! You go with your sexy self
  19. That's my fav drink. I never dilute it. I drink some every day.
  20. Yes, I wake up at 4:00 am now instead of 6 and I feel like I'm ready for the day.
  21. I agree! This thread is awesome. The question was answered and we got to go down memory lane with some very witty posters. I was smiling each time I read the responses. It was nice. Laughter is a good thing and the people posting were enjoying each others posts. I did not see anyone laughing *at* someone. It was a great exchange of info and fun.
  22. Coldstone!!! Yummmmmmm!! That ice cream is good. My sleeve doesn't like sugar either so luckily I'm safe!
