6 Months Of Supervised Dieting
Wow that sucks. However I would start the 6 month diet just incase your next insurance requires you to have the 6 month diet as that seems to be a pretty standard requirement. Good luck to you.

Has Surgery Changed Anyone's Marriage? Good Or Bad
I feel the Surgery can magnify things such as if you have a happy marriage post op you will feel your surgery is even better and vice versa. Me and my husband still eat out 1-2 a week, same restursnts we either share or if it's early in the day I'll have a whole order and save it for the rest of the day. I've noticed since I've been making better decisions, my husband has also been making better decisions also. Every time were together people compliment both of us on out weigh loss. I've always liked bike riding and now I've gotten my husband into it, and he bikes to work everyday. Couples grow and evolve together, it you foster it properly so will your marriage. Good luck.

Protein Shakes Only Twice A Week?
I agree that she prob wants you to start developing healthy eating habits now. My nut says drinking protein shakes is fine immediately post op, but as soon as we are able she prefers we consume our calories via food. I feel it is a good concept as I don't really care to supplement my food for protein drinks.

Where To Shop For Clothes
Yes, I always hit TJ Maxx and Marshall's, I can easily find shirts for $5 on their clearence racks. I also have been going to the cheaper stores such as dots, rainbow, ect. There u can find pretty cheap and trendy clothing, the clothes don't last long, but I really can't get much wear out of them anyway. I have 2 pair of work pants dark neutral and I wear them all week, and just switch up my shirts. Good luck.

I Want To Cry... :(
Aghh.....girl I feel your pain. Whenever anyone feels me they're starting the process I always suggest they start a supervised diet just in case. A word of advice do not do or say anything to sabatoge your doctors recommendations. My doctor told me to exercise 5x a week, and on one of my visits I told him the last 2 weeks I was only able to exercise 3x a week and I got denied because of that and had to do another whole 6 month diet. Well good luck, and trust me time goes by faster that you think.

Revised Goal Or Giving Up? W/ Pics
First of all good job, you look great. You look good, do you look overweight nope. You look fine, however if you are questioning your follow thru on your goal I'd say meet half way. Try and loose the 10 pounds that your hubby suggested. Also instead of jogging have you tried any weight or resistance training. I've heard that tends to help people. Good luck.

Younger?
Yup.....I get that a lot too. It doesn't bother me. I get more annoyed when people ask me how much I've lost. That's such a personal thing to reveal, I don't have a problem posting it here but I do feel awkward giving my weight loss numbers to some skinny person who prob doesn't relate at all to my struggles.

Low Carb Diet Vs Meal Replacements
I do the low carb, because I really don't like to eat too many processed foods. My nut encourages eating healthy nutritious food, so that what I tend to follow.

When To Tell A Supervisor
Just consider it a regular request. Since you are requesting pto I would just put in the request and leave one enough alone. You don't owe anyone any explanations. If you don't want to be too obvious start small changes now.

How Many Lbs Did You Lose Before Dropping Pants Size
I'd have to say about 50, pounds. I know it's super frustrating, but I did go from 20w to a regular 18 which is great. I did notice that there is a big difference between regular sizes to women's sizes. I'm currently is oldnavy and ny&co size 18, but I fit a 14 in Ashley Stewart or lane Bryant. I choose to do away with plus size stores, so I'm ok with being a regular 18 as opposed to 14w.

4 Months Post Op Diet
Im 4 months post op. I can't say I'm 100% strict, but for the most part u follow the 60g of protein, and protein first rule. For example I went to a birthday party and did have a small piece I cake. My snacks tend to be protein based. I do try to eat 1 small cup of fresh fruit about 2-3 times a week. Hope this helps.

Update On My Pain...

Pills!?
Taking pills post op was the only time my nut recommended drinking juice so I mixed mine with about 1/4-1/8 cup of apple or grape juice. The sweetness of the juice camouflaged the bad taste of the pills.
