Slow it down, and maybe rest the system with fluids only for 24 hours. I know you like to push, but slow and steady is your best friend right now.

Running question
My doctor said walking only for the first 3 months. It may be a bit early for running. I would ask the doc, because if you are a long time runner, it may be that you could start earlier. You have had major surgery, so give your body time to heal!

cna job and lapband
For lifting that much weight, I would think you should wait 6-8 weeks. Definitely call you surgeon and ask.

Is Soda Bad Once In A While?
It can be done if you want it!

Mucus Runs My Band
Mucus should be a slider and pass right through the band. You may have swelling from allergies, but it does not seem that mucus would fill the band.

Fell off the wagon
By the way, once you are back on board... fasten your seatbelt. It is a lifelong ride!

Deer meat
Very lean and good for you. If you have it use it! I would not recommend the jerky though. Tough to chew well enough.

Can't believe i did that...
Congrats... buffets are evil! Good job!

I've been eating clam chowder and chili before first fill!
Agree with Missy... you know it was wrong, and one slip can lead to another, and pretty soon you will be one of ones who says the band does not work. The band works if you do. It is that simple.

Skin Prep
I am not aware of anything that reliably works. You can start toning exercises as soon as you are able, but other than that is it mostly genetics.

Why
Yes, they all pass easy for me too. It is very easy to find yourself taking bigger bites over time. I fight it all the time.

My Band
It sounds like a reasonable question to me and I recognize your post from earlier on this site? Still looking for an answer you like? Try OH. They love to talk down the band.

ok this is my fear!
Too funny! I lost evenly across my body.... BUT... I had had previous lipo on my butt. My hubby says it is gone now and he cannot recognize me from behind! Small pears are healthier than big pears! Think about which you really want to be!

Did anyone postpone Lap Band after everything?
Lost more weight on my own than I ever have weighed in my life. I gained every bit of it back. Lap Band was a lifestyle change commitment for me. I wanted to change!

Only if you have been approved for solid foods. Otherwise no. Sprinkle salt on your tongue or drink chicken both!
