Could be any number of things, are you eating too fast, too big a bite, not chewing enough, over eating, too tight or a certian food not agreeing with you, after first pbing did you go on fluids awhile, sometimes pb irritate the esphogus??

See what I mean by a number of things? Only you will be able to figure out which one it is. Good Luck!

Slow it down, and maybe rest the system with fluids only for 24 hours. I know you like to push, but slow and steady is your best friend right now.

Fact is if you over eat you are going to PB or throw up. Really try hard not to miss meals. Get some High Protein Bars for such days.

I know for a fact that weight comes off better when you eat 3 meals a day.

Wait i meant to say is belching after i eat or drink is that the same as pb if not why am i doing it

IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

No, belching and productive burping are two different things. Belching, you know what that is. PBing is when air gets trapped while you eat or you have something "sort of" stuck and you burp out food/liquid. It's not the same as throwing up, which is far more intense and empties your whole stomach.

It sounds like you're not following the band rules. It's telling you what to do....slow down, calm down, eat small bites. If you keep ignoring the band, you are setting yourself up for some heartache (band erosion, for example. Band slippage, for example. Remaining obese for the rest of your life, for example). This will work. Surrender to the process.

I'm really not sure what you just said. But you asked for help. I've been banded for 8 years and am speaking from a lot of first hand experience. You being a martyr and calling yourself bad is not going to solve your problem. Perhaps you should try talking to your doc if you don't feel you're getting the answers you need?
