For me it was once I started solid goods so about 4 weeks out for true workouts. I started doing cardio, just lite walking 30 minutes a day about 2 weeks post op. I would call your doctor and see what the recommend but moving 30 minutes a day as soon as possible was my surgeons goal for me.

My dr said at least 30 days post op....please check with yours.

Check with your dr. Mine said no pool or strenuous exercise for six weeks.

Mine said six weeks. But walk as much as it was possible.
