  1. Tell work only what they need to know! The nerves go away with the weight loss. Good luck, nice to have your own built in coach, just don't angry at her, worst comes to worst, come back her and we will help!
  2. Yay!good for you. See no need to worry. Congratulations!
  3. Do what you are there for,and worrying about what others think is not it! Youwillsee all shapes and sizes at the gym!
  4. Talk with your doc and decide together what is right.
  5. Suck it up or cancel the surgery. As CG says you can do it if you want it! Negative thoughts will not help! I wish you well, but we were all scared and most of us still are. Shake it off and life will improve!
  6. Many people report hair loss. As Missy said it is partially due to the anesthesia, it can also occur if people lose weight too fast. I lost hair but it is all back now. Another supplement reported to help is B50. Good luck!
  7. Sounds fantastic to me!
  8. Constipation can cause this cramping feeling. Try some miralax.
  9. Good plan...ask the doc!
  10. Congrats on the date. Soon you will be banded! YAY!
  11. Ms Rhonda.... Hope you had a nice trip and get back on the band wagon girl. Be your own support system if hubby won't help! Best wishes!
  12. Hang in for 2 days and you will be happy you did! You can do it!
  13. Take it easy and give your body time to heal. No super-mom for at least another week!
  14. Every day now should be better! Keep up the good work!
  15. Love the new you! You look fabulous and you obviously worked hard. If you need counseling now... get it, just don't eat it back. You are healthy and gorgeous!
  16. Some people need several fills to get to the point where they are not hungry. This is very common and I am sure your surgeon can help you with your questions.
  17. Losing weight is all about self control and making good choices. It does not sound like you are fully committed to the Lap Band. You will have to be in order to be successful. It sounds like your "diet" lasted less than 1 week. You might want to search for a counselor to help you with your eating before any surgery.
  18. Noises don't mean hunger.
  19. I would allow a full 10 days before driving and running around all day. You will get more tired more quickly. If you can take even more time I would do it. There is a lot of healing going on, and eating in the car or while traveling around will take adjustments on your parat.
  20. 7-10 days should be good.
  21. He's a medical doctor. He can handle it. Get it out on the table so everyone knows what is going on.
  22. Do or do not....there is no try. It will not change if you keep doing what you are now... nothing.
