  1. Get well soon Sandy.... we will take the typos... I miss your posts when you are not on!
  2. Most plastic surgeons who work with bariatric patients call it revision surgery. Get over what it is called and do what is necessary to be healthy!
  3. We will be here for you. Best wishes!
  4. I will add you both to my prayers. Hope everything works out for you both!
  5. Great progress. Congratulations!
  6. You should be able to tolerate any food by now. Just eat in moderation... weigh and/or measure your servings.
  7. What is the calorie and protein count? Seems they would be high in carbohydrates. Processed food also has a lot of sodium. Check with the nutritionist.
  8. The high protein diet can stop you up. Add a stool softener and take Miralax until you get relief. You don't want to end up in the ER. Make sure you getting all your non protein fluids in too!
  9. If you are sticking without a fill, you may not want to get one right away. Be sure your surgeon knows about the problems you are having. Getting tighter will not help you learn to eat the right size bites and chew. Make sure you are comfortable with how you are eating. Fills are not the end all. I know a lot of people who have gone over 9 months without a fill and are still losing.
  10. Calorie creep and bite size creep. Both are ongoing problems.
  11. Make sure you drink enough liquids to keep your bowels moving.
  12. Wishing you well as you complete the process. You will not regret it!
  13. Just got my new fitbit tonight. Tomorrow I will be back on the program.
  14. Never had this problem, sorry.
  15. I think now that you have learned what to eat, WW would be a waste of money. But then, I don't enjoy WW meetings. Maybe online?
  16. Thanks Alex. Now if we could only get rid of the other 84 bazillion copies on the forum!
  17. Congrats and welcome to the rest of your life!
  18. I would imagine gas from the surgery. Walk more.
  19. Warning to all... try not to re-size your rings until you reach goal weight. You can buy ring guards for a lot less than sizing. But do use ring guards... no lost rings wanted!
  20. My port incision was about 1-1.5 inches. All of the others were less than 1/2 inch. They fade quickly.
