Pain

2 days post op. I am breathing in the machine and get it consistently at 4000. I am having a pain under my left rib cage. Bruising or lung? Concerned!

It's usually gas build up from the surgery. Walking helps get rid of it.

Hope this helps

I would imagine gas from the surgery. Walk more.

Yeah..I had that too, could be gas or if you had a hernia repaired it could be that....it will get better, I promise. Best Wishes :)

No hernia repair. I was just worried about a lung. I guess I'm being paranoid!

Sounds like gas to me.... It gets better..... I promise

But if you are worried...call the dr... They will know

Sounds like gas to me also. Hope you feel better soon! :)

Best wishes, gas-x helps, but walking is most important. If you are not doing it, get up, walk in the house and when the weather is good, go around the block. No one is saying run the mile, or anything, just walk! Karen
