Pop Tart Alternative!

  • Popular Post

So - I love Pop Tarts.

Pop Tarts do not love my band. Or my thighs. Or my gut.

But Kellogg's has these new Pastry Crisps - in 100 calorie packs - that are more of a cracker-consistency but taste just like Pop Tarts! They come in chocolate, strawberry, blueberry, and blueberry streusel.

Highly recommend!

I've had them, they're yummy! They're a great snack on the go, too. Perfect for a sweet tooth without killing your calorie allowance.

  • Neither does alcohol lot of people on the site drink that.

  • What is the calorie and protein count? Seems they would be high in carbohydrates. Processed food also has a lot of sodium. Check with the nutritionist.

Have you tried the PopTart Minis? They are yummy :)

I'm pretty sure she can read labels and it's not like she will be eating them for every meal either...so yeah, they sound yummo! There is nothing off limits for me other than carbonated beverages as long as I count the calories...Enjoy! :)

I agreed until I saw they have no nutritional value.
