It was hard for me also the second week i called my dr and spoke to him about it and he said it was ok for me to have a lil cream of wheat that helped me get thru the last few days of my second week...but again everyones drs have diffrent rules..Its definetly tough but your halfway thru that phase and 12lbs in a week is definetly great progress... Well i had a pretty good visit Im down 15lbs since surgery on the 25th of feb. Its definetly a work in progress but Im confident Im going to get there... No fill though have to wait 4weeks.. Hopefully I can stay on track..

Im off to my post op appointment wish me luck.. Havent weighed in since before surgery so here I go lil nervous...

Its tough i felt so helpless today and Im not use to depending on others for anything Im always up and about and this recovery is tough..I dont regret having surgery but this feeling sukks.. I hope all goes well with you also..

Is it normal to be emotinal?? Im only 4days into my surgery and feel overwhelmed with emotions is that a norm after surgery??

Hello everyone I was banded on 2/25/13.. Was just wondering if it is normal not to be hungry or have to remind yourself to drink the first couple days?? Im much more mobile today but still have this overwhelming feeling of chest tightness is this all normal the first week??
