Ricotta Bake
Did they come out alright in the muffin/cupcake pan? I was thinking of doing it the same way but wasnt sure if I would need to put cupcake liners in.

Star Jones
I only know of one famous person who has the sleeve and that is rapper Paul Wall. I actually got a picture with him a few years back at his concert, it was before either of us had VSG, I need to get a recent one of the both of us lol!

Gosh I hate when people say stupid things! My sister kept on telling me I will end up looking older, and she said everyone she seen who has had WLS gets horrible "mouth lines" I just ignore her.

Had My Consult- I'm The Heaviest I've Ever Been!
Its pretty uncomfortable because you have all these wires and can only move so much, I did bring pillows from home which was nice. The first one I felt like I just laid in bed all night, the lady said I feel asleep for a couple hours (I think they only need a hour of straight sleep for the results) for the second one I decided to not sleep the day before so I could actually sleep lol, and when it came time to sleep I think I was sleeping in about a hour lol. The lady said it was most likely because of the mask, its really weird and first but once you get used to it its not to bad. I will be honest and say I didnt wear it to much at home, I should have because it really does help a lot with helping you sleep, when I did wear it I would be in the same position when I woke up in the morning, I would usually toss and turn all night, I would wake up without a headache and actually feel more energized. I have no idea if I still have sleep apnea, I no longer have insurance and had to return the machine back in December. It would be kinda cool to take another test and see how much my breathing has changed since losig 100lbs+. I might still have the papers laying around but I think it said I stop breathing like 5 times per minute.

Had My Consult- I'm The Heaviest I've Ever Been!
I know how you feel, I didnt know I was as big as I was until I went into my first consult. My heighest was 360, but you gotta look at it as this will be the biggest you will ever be, you will be losing weight and wont ever be that heavy again. They sleep study sucked, but I found out I did have sleep apnea, it was crazy because I never thought I did, I didnt wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air or anything, they made me take another one wearing the mask, and my insurance gave me one at the time to wear, Im not sure if it is gone none but I feel I sleep better are rarely wake up with horrible headaches like I use to.

Are Drain Necessary? I Need Recent Info/opinions On 2 Surgeons
I didnt have one, so I cant speak on that. If hes a good surgeon and has a good price shouldnt that be all that matters, not whether you have to have a drain or not? Just saying I wouldnt base my choice on that, but thats me.

Eating More Than Before Surgery
Im surprised you aren't feeling restriction, usually when people are on the liquid stage they don't feel any because it goes right through, I would definantly call my doctor in the morning, 4 eggs is a lot, your stomach is still healing and you dont want to cause a leak. What Do You Eat?
Yeah I still am surprised at how much I use to eat lol. The other night I went out to Outback for dinner, I ordered grilled chicken with the mixed veggies and I made 3 meals out of that! Normally I would have ate a ton of the bread, a little bit of a appetizer, a side salad, then all of my dinner! I felt the same way you did before surgery, I couldnt imagine being satisfied off so little, I am so thankful that I was able to have this surgery.

What Do You Eat?
Im pretty boring with the things I eat, I usually eat: meats (Chicken, Beef, Tuna) cheese, Plain greek yogurt (I flavor with splenda and usually flavored SF syrups, or with some fresh fruit) Protein drinks, Veggies, Nuts, Low carb wraps/crackers (Not a everyday thing) eggs (I love them and there are so many ways to prepare them!) I pretty much try my best to eat low-carb, I have tried regular bread and things like that but it leads me to crave more and eat bad things. Omg I love Subway too! Thats one thing I miss so much lol.. I have seen people say they eat there, but when they do they get the flat bread and load it with veggies and meats. I wanna wait till Im a little closer to goal weight to try it out. It will be nice this time around making a 6 inch last a few meals, compared to before me eating a whole 12inch at one setting (Very embarrassing but I have before )
