Once your fully recovered around 4-6 oz. I am 3 months out and can only eat about 2 oz. at a time.

I am 7 months out and I eat 3oz of food

Well, that also depends on what kind of food you are eating. For example, if you are eating lean Protein like chicken, fish, beef, then it will be less than say fruit. It depends on how dense the food is. Some people have difficulty with meat unless it is well tenderized, so keep that in mind too.

Just pay attention to your body. Learn to listen to your stomach when you are full, not anything more and stop there. If you think you aren't getting in enough protein, then just try to find softer protein like fish or prepare the protein so it is more tender. Other than that, you should be good.

3 weeks out getting 2-4 oz depending on what I'm eating. Liquids are my best friends at this point :)

The best I've had is potato and egg salad lol. I haven't tried tuna yet but I will try it tomorrow and see how it goes. :)
