5’3” 127 pounds. Your BMI is 22.5 Normal weight. For someone your height underweight is 104 pounds. BMI 18.4 You may want to research bariatric centers in your area or find a dietician that can help you out. If you don’t feel healthy at this weight, increase your calories and carbs to gain weight. If your restriction is still tight, Find less dense foods…Example peanut butter, sweet potatoes etc.

Hi there, are you taking your vitamins? Reason that I asked is you stated that your skin looks bad. If you are not start back but I agree with the others for your height that seems to be a healthy normal weight. And yes find another bariatric center in your area to get the help that you need. I wish you the best.

    Advice on Restaurant

I think the stomach bug idea is your best bet. Hopefully no one will pay any attention to what you're eating anyway and it will be a non-issue.

    Pregnant

Hey all, I am 22 months about and was getting my work up for a tummy tuck only to find out I’m pregnant! Besides being freaked out by the fact that I’m having a baby at 42 after a gastric sleeve.... I’m surprised and getting used to the idea. My major concern is how will this progress? At 22 months out I am still eating 4 ounces three times a day averaging about 750-900 calories has anyone gotten pregnant? Any issues?

My surgeon asked for a 10% loss... 27lbs for me. It wasn't a firm expectation, and when I was struggling, in part due to one of my diabetes meds, they helped me get in to see a specialist to make some changes. Sent from my SM-G960W using BariatricPal mobile app

    Arthritis pain

I second the Diclofenac cream, but don't need it anymore since my steroid injections. If you can't do the shots, the Diclofenac cream really does help a bit. Yup, Tylenol sucks!! Lol! Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

I was in the big and tall section, looking for just a tall shirt was a specific reason. The salesperson didn't think I belonged there. Sent from my ONEPLUS A6013 using BariatricPal mobile app
