Anyone banded by Dr. Moon from Florence, kY?

I am a patient of Dr. Moon's. I'm not having very good success in dealing with his office staff. I'm wondering if anyone else has been banded by him and how they thought the process went. He's at what use to be St. Luke - and is now St. Elizabeth Hospital.
