im deciding to lose 25 pounds before surgery

ok so i have to go for some more tests but i got on the scale and im up to 251 and i was like wow! that means i gained about 10 pounds within 3 weeks and im starting my own diet tomorrow so i can get down to 225 before my surgery well before my liquid fasting diet that the doctor wants me to do 1 week prior to surgery .

so i am going to do slimfast shakes tomorrow and small meals cause if i dont i will end up 270 by surgery and i do not want that
