Honestly I can't help you out because we don't have isopure here in aus and the vitamin water is a waste but I will tell you this - The vitamin water is basically a waste of money, they say you gett vitamins and what not in the water when you can easily drink free water out of a tap, the nutrients/vitamins are just going to be expelled when you urinate anyway so why waste the money?

I tried several Vitamin waters, and didn't like the taste. I found them either too sweet or too fruity. I'd rather just take a chewable pill to get the necessary vit/minerals.

I always have several bottles of the Isopure Lemon Green Tea on hand. I usually mix it with some regular brewed green tea & drink about half bottle most days.

Vit. water doesn't have any protein does it? From what I hear, Vit. water is a waste of money and sometimes has way too many carbs in some brands.

The Isopure that I have seen/tried is a protein drink.

I tried the clear/red isopure and it did not taste good to me. It had a very strange aftertaste, like hairspray. I have not tried the shake type isopure.
