Hot pepper soup do you think it's safe to eat?

Hi all I was just wondering I had my surgery last wed the 14th and im now on full liquids til sunday. My husband is making pepper soup and I wanna eat the broth from it, but im wondering if it will hurt me.

I didn't see this post prior to the soup night. How did it turn out?

I was ok while eating it, but never again the spicy is too much. The next day I paid for it on the toilet ha ha ha. It stayed down there other way though I didn't throw up or anything, but will not be eating it again :thumbup:
