Looking for help with Letter of Medical Necessity

Hello all,

I am in the process of getting my insurance to approve this surgery. I already have my appt for the psych eval, however I was hoping to with anyone who can help me get this letter of medical necessity started. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!     Hey tall. Your doc (usually your general or family practice doc.....whoever your "regular" doctor is) will usually write that letter. If you're having trouble getting your regular doc writing it, talk to your bariatric surgeon.
