Ugh! Hostpital has no record of surgery for 14th!

I'm a little nervous now. I was originally scheduled to have my surgery on October 4th, but I had an abnormal EKG come back so my Dr. wanted me to undergo further testing. So they rescheduled my surgery for this coming Friday, the 14th. I'm supposed to call the hospital a week ahead of time to pre-register for the surgery, so I called on Friday and left a message. They just called me back and said that I am not scheduled! If I have to change around my time off from work a third time, they are NOT going to be happy. My Surgeon's office is having phone trouble today, so I can't get through, but left a message with their service. :cry

Yikes! that can't be good. And how frustrating for you! I'm sure you are stressed enough, I was a certifiable basket case the week before I was banded.

Call the hospital again, call your doctor's office again, keep trying even though they are having difficulties. Make sure the service understands how important this is.

Cheers and courage!

Ugh! Who needs that kind of frustration when you're already nervous about surgery... Keep calling the office even if the service gets irritated. I hope it all works out for you!

Oh good gosh !! I'm sorry to hear about this mix up. Hopefully your doctor can get on the phone and fix it. Hang in there Andrea.
