What to use for gas pain?

Hey everyone, I was banded 4 months ago, but the last 2 days I've had pretty bad gas pain, (caused by my massive consumption of wheat I think :)) and was just wondering what everyone uses for gas pain? Just gas x or something of the like? I would call my surgeon, but well, his office sucks. So thanks for any suggestions!

I have found that the Gas-x liquid gels work great. They have more simethecone than the strips or chewables. You take them only 2xday. Good Luck!

Phazyme is much stronger than gas x and works much better. 10 months out and gas is still an ongoing problem for me.
