Wow, a vacation that was food obsession free!

I went on my first vacation to Barbados where I didn't plan my whole day around food! I went to the breakfast buffet and just had my normal meal rather than a five course breakfast. I had a tiny lunch and a normal sized dinner and no snacking. I even managed to lose 5 lbs while I was gone! It is so nice to have the band actually be working!

Wow! It's like a whole new world, isn't it? Love my band, too. Congratulations on your success. Keep up the good work.

isnt it just awesome. To go on holiday and not be either stressed out about how much you're gaining or driving yourself nuts trying to avoid food so that its all you think about!

I even go the whole hog and treat vacations as a bit of a health camp - I up the running, get out and see things, walk around etc. I come home feeling so healthy and fit, that's what a holiday is all about, not rolling home unable to button your jeans.

That sounds fabulous. Enjoying the holiday, eating like a normal person and not having to go on that post holiday diet.

Well done
