How long did you have to take off work?

Hi There! I am an Air Force wife just approved by Tricare, yay  I was wondering how long everyone had to take off work. My sister-in-law had it done and only took off a week, but when I was talking with the nurse she said I should try to take off 6 weeks, yikes!

I agree that it depends on how you feel. I just had my surgery this past Monday and went back to work on Friday, he told me I couldn't even drive until Friday so that's why I decided to go back then. I probably should have just waited it out through this weekend to rest up even a little more.

i had surgery on friday morning and i plan on being at work monday i am still sore but nothing that will keep me home
