Heather - I am truly sorry to hear about your dad's passing. I'm sure you are devastated. And about all the other stuff too! I can't believe all that happened on top of that. Again, so sorry!

Oh Laura, that's great news! I'm so glad that you were able to get some help in getting this done. Are you going to the same doctor??

Pam - thanks for the suggestion but the girl doesn't read!! She is a TV junkie though. sigh.... I'm off to the mall to see what I can find...

I'm not a drinker unless it's a special occasion, like oh I dunno..a V bash.

If I feel like the occasional drink, it's fruity sugar-laden wine.

Oh meant to tell ya'll too, a funny story! Went to gyno for my 6m checkup, and I told her how my hooha hurts during sex.

So she checking it out, she said I have Vaginissmus (sp). Apparently my muscles spasm in anticipation of pain whenever somethin is goin in there. I guess from all the hands they stuck up there during labor!! Although, I thought it was all very odd since I didn't have a vaginal birth that my hooha hurts. In any event, she said the best thing to do is physical therapy. She said whenever I'm sitting around or in the tub/shower, to stick a finger or two in there. LULZ. I had a hard time keeping a straight face. She said it so non-chalant, like that's a normal thing to do..sit around fingering yourself. Mmhm.

Heather... My condolences to you & your family... lots of purple power & good thoughts being sent your way!!

Laura... Yay on the surgery! While on liquids, remember that the FUZE slenderize raspberry/acai & vodka (which you say is conveniently open!) on ice is a QUICK, yummy, sweet drink! ... What kind of gyno do you go to?! :o (Oh wait, that smilie's using the wrong body part!)

Haydee... I was @ the mall today too, shopping for a Sweet 16 b'day. Remember my friend w/the dd who was at the mental health facility in Utah last year? Well, today she's 16 & doing great. She invited our family to join her b'day dinner tonight @ our fav Chinese rest. I ended up getting her a bunch of $16 gift cards from all over the mall... + I'm going to the rest. early w/a dozen helium balloons & confetti & party hats, blowers + a Coldstone cookie dough pie!

Janie, you make the BEST margi's!! mmmmm!

Hi Pam & Judy!

Off to wrap up the cards & get over to the Dollar Store & restaurant (right next to each other). THEN DS receives an Academic Excellence Award for last year's GPA tonight @ 7pm. So proud.

Then home & BED! Busy Day #1 will be done!

Thanks for the laugh, Laura. I needed it today. Honestly I have been having the same problem but haven't spoken to a gyno yet. I was kind of hoping it would resolve itself over time and I could spare myself that discussion, lol. I am happy that you are getting your revision soon.

I appreciate everyones condolences. It is nice just to be able to write it out and get responses . . . I am too sensitive on the subject to talk about it but writing works well.

Speaking of alcohol, it may have been more than two years since I have drank anything but I still have a liquor cabinet (although I wasn't shy about yummy virgin margaritas during pregnancy). I wonder if that stuff is any good anymore, lol.

Yea to Laura on the surgery plans....and Heather, my sincerest condolences....

Liquor I believe stays pretty good....at least real alcohol, like whiskey, vodka etc....wines, syrupy stuff that stuff doesn't seem to keep...I cleaned out our liquor cabinets a few weeks ago...moral of the story, buy big halg gallon/liters of booze when you are young....we have bought some of these on our cruises/trips and we do not drink that much anymore, not like in our 20's-30's....still trying to get the nerve to open some Bailey's that is unopened but in cabinet for a while....it would be really sad if Bailey's made me meet my demise....:o

Here's his sear's pics.

Unfortunately, after the first outfit (he reacted great to the guy, in his overalls). He got scared some reason, so he was boohooing like nuts. Such a bummer, and the guy said he 'had' to do certain poses, Sears makes them, like tummy--He HATES tummy, so of course that didn't help.

Oh well, I did get some really cute shots!

My favorite is where he's looking over his shoulder.

Heather, several people I know who had babes recently are going through it too. No one has asked their doc. I asked my doc! Hah hah. My mom said it went away in 3 months for her, she said drink some wine or something. I've already done that..

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
