Woooo...first day full liquids and everything is going through fine...

...a little TOO fine. Going down easy, through the band no problem and RIGHT out the back door!!! Sorry, TMI!

I am going strictly by the book, have no pain and I am close to home so it's not a big deal but.......HOLY CRAP. no pun intended.

Should add that this is adding to my suspicion of a lactose intolerance. It's the yogurt this morning and the milk based shake, I think.

I feel soooo much better being on full liquids. I had a protein shake for breakfast, green pea soup watered down with skim milk and blended for lunch and dinner and a yogert drink for snack. No problems!
