One year in with my band--have lost 43lbs. It's a long story but I wish I had lost more. I could use some encouragement, and tools for success. Let me know if you would like to talk further...

Hi Jim,

I'm more than happy to help in any way that I can - 43lbs is an awesome amount of weight to lose! Almost a whole sack of potatoes! Don't despair or give up - you've come so far!!

Can you eat most things? I can't do fresh bread or red meat but still manage small portions of almost anything else - and I have to have something sweet every day (I just ate a chocolate mousse!)

Portion size is definitely the key to my success though!

If you want to stay in touch with me, get me on lisa.osullivan@ocs.co.uk

Speak soon,

Lisa

Hello! I am 3 1/2 months out of surgery and have lost 48 lbs pretty easily. I am now just hanging out where I am....stuck :)

I know you have plateaus and stuff but I could really use someone to kinda steer me in the right direction :tongue2: If you are still interested in mentoring let me know! Thanks :)
