9 months in and now gas pains?? is that it?

Ok, I eat fine, and then 2 hours or so later, I get what I think is gas pain. It is around my port, a little lower and around my back.

It kind of feels like cramps and then I burp a lot and finally it goes away. Kind of a dull pain and uncomfortable.

I'm assuming it's gas. Is this normal?? I finally have good restriction and I wonder if I'm just eating too much food?

It seems to happen regardless of what I eat lately. It's only been for 2 weeks. I kind of thought it was a female issue, but it's not.

Could it be that I ate too much and then gas X100 was created?

Can popcorn cause gas?
