Not only do I have to do the magnesium citrate at noon the day before surgery...I get to do a fleets enema in the morning!! I'm gonna squeek when I walk!!

If it makes you feel better, I think I had it worse. I had to do the magnesium citrate, 4 dulcolax, and 14 doses of Miralax. Yes, I am serious, and yes, I survived. I had my doubts, but I did make it!

Seriously, congrats and good luck!

I remember when I had a colonoscopy some years ago...I had to do liquids the day before and then bowel prep that evening.....well I had a bunch of lemon italian ices during the day....LOTS of very ACIDIC lemon italian ices. Baby butt cream should have been my best friend!

I had Preparation H wipes on hand. They helped.

Funny you should post this. I just had to have a colonoscopy yesterday so I had to do bowel prep on thursday. I had to do 4 dulcolax and 8 doses of Miralax. It was AWFUL!!
