has anyone gotten pregnant after they had insurance approval but before surgery?

has anyone gotten pregnant after they got their insurance approval but before their surgery? what happens to your approval? how long is it good for? can you have it extended till after you give birth or did you have to start from scratch with all pre testing and 6mo wait period?

    Not pregnant but my approval was good for at least a year, and my testing and clearances were all 18-20 months old and I was still approved. I did not have a required 6 month supervised diet though.
