Hey Melissa...I actually just talked to her. She is on the good drugs but doing well. She said she was in pain but knows it was a good thing for her. She said her nerves were calm and she has lost 15 pounds on her pre op diet. She will be getting up and walking tomorrow....

If I talk to her tomorrow... I will keep you posted.

Are you talking about Diane Beck? If so, I heard from her. That girl has spunk! Even after everything she's been through, she still has an amazing sense of humor and a terrific outlook.

Lisa, Melissa is asking about Dianne (Sunsett), who was banded today in Charlotte, NC. BUT, thanks for the Diane Beck update! So glad to hear she is doing well...fully recovered, I'm assuming? I'd love to know more...on another thread? LOL I'll go hunting now for more info :)

:Bunny Spoke with Dianne and she's doing just fine. Came thru the surgery with flying colors. She was being a real trooper this evening and gave me a blow by blow on her experience. Told me have no fear on Friday. She was thinking she might want to stay an extra night - at least that's how she's feeling right now. She wants you guys to know she OKAY:). Take care everyone, if I get anymore info I will share. Bye for now.

Awesome! When you talk to her again tell her I/we all said "Hello!"

Starr, you're next B)

oh gosh, now you are making me nervous...staying another night....I'm not even going to be staying one night. I'm glad that Diane is feeling better. Look out star...you are next B).

Melissa

You will be fine...really. Went home just after 24 hours in there. I couldn't rest there and I just wanted to get home in my own bed and my own place. I am sure you will do great....

Starr....girl the countdown is on!!!!

Hello everyone, I spoke with Dianne this evening and she is doing well and in good spirit her second night stay. She sound much better too without all the drugs in her. She's amazed at the amount of food it takes to get her full.

I'm getting a little nervious. I'm going back and forth thinking maybe I can do it on my own because I lost 10lbs so far. But that was short lived when I remembered I can't control my portion size on my own. So Friday it is - can't come soon enough for me. Thanks for all the well wishes.

Starr - we're all pullin' for you! I understand what you mean - I can lose weight; I just can't ever keep it off.
