Anyone out there near Elgin?

I'm learning a lot reading blogs on this great site but am wondering if anyone else is near Elgin?:D

    Hello Elgin folks,

    I am going to the seminar in December. What should I expect as a timeline? I should have no roadblocks, such as insurance, doctor's approval or conditions. Are you still happy that you made this decision?
