Red meat?

I just wondered if anyone else is having trouble eating red meat. I can eat chicken, mince and fish with no problems at all, I can even have ham...but red meat (steak) just doesn't go down and I end up bringing it back up. I have always loved my meat so not being able to eat it is hard. Anyone else?

Steak is a staple of my diet; I just had a few ounces of rib eye tonight. I just have to chew it well, and I eat it well done. ? I can eat chicken too...and white bread...so I think I'm kind of the exception. In fact I haven't found a food yet that I can't eat...some I shouldn't eat much of maybe, but nothing I can't.

I'm kind of the same way with not having particular foods that I can't tolerate all of the time. I haven't tried steak yet though I should try it.

**update**

Well I had a peice of steak tonight for dinner and it didn't come back up!!! YAY!! I didn't cook it for very long but let it sit on a plate so it was medium/rare'ish....quite pink...but it was delicious! I'm stoked! First time I have had it without any problems.

I guess the key really is how much it is cooked. Thanks for everyones responses, it has been very encouraging and informative! :Dancing_wub:
