A weekend to put on, 3 weeks to get back off

I'm definitely in the home stretch and my loss has slowed down as expected. In the short term it seems frustrating, but when I get on the WII fit, I can easily chart the last 6 months and it makes a nice line dropping toward goal. Recently I've been losing about .5lb/week. Seem frustrating, but a month later it seems worth it.

However, I recently had a traumatic weekend (won't bore you with the details), but I put 4lbs on that weekend. 3 weeks later I'm back to my low and hope to start moving that graph again.
