February 08 belly shrinkers

Hey there to all bandsters! I'm just wondering if anyone has had as much difficulty as I am trying to shrink my belly! I work out faithfully 5 days/week. I do not eat large portions. For the most part my diet is healthy, but to be honest I do eat not so healthy things also. Has anyone had this problem and overcome it? If so how?

Was anyone lucky enough to not have this problem?!!! If so what type of diet and exercise habits did you follow?

I'm so FRUSTRATED!!!!

Yes, yes, yes. Everything else is moving along but the dang belly refuses to give in.

Sorry for the late response on this. I've gotten to the point that I only read our main thread.
