By now this has probably resolved! I hope it worked out for you. I can give you some things I've learned to do on the rare occasions I get stuck (because I HATE it! so I chew like it was my last bite of food! LOL)

1. Papaya Enzyme aids in digestion of Protein. I found some at the local grocer and sometimes it does the trick.

2. Some people take a sip or two of Water...which, when you are stuck, usually comes RIGHT BACK UP and often brings the offending food with it.

Some people do a yoga position called down facing dog or something like that (sorry i don't remember the exact name but if you are a yoga fan that will probably be enough for you to figure it out...if not, doesn't matter!)

Good luck!

OH and realize after a bad incident you MAY think you're stuck but just be sore. My doc recommends after a bad "PB" to go on fluids for a meal or two and let things settle down (and see how you feel). :)
